The Wizards and Suns series continues. The first came to beat the ailing Mavericks (five losses in six games) in the final moments, countering 41 points from Luka Doncic. This is their third win in a row.
The latter easily dismissed the clumsy Hornets. Fourth win in a row for Phoenix, who are rebounding from a tough week.

Dallas-Washington: 126-127
The match was tight until the end. Direct the final moments, with a Bradley Beal scoring five points in thirty seconds to give the Wizards a point lead. Deni Avdija added two free throws and now had a three-point gap in favor of Washington with fifty seconds left.
Luka Doncic, author of a game with 41 points and 15 rebounds, responded and tied for 126 all-around, missing a free throw to pass. Then the Mavericks star fouled Kyle Kuzma. The latter scored just one free throw and then the Wizards’ defense prevented Luka Doncic and Dallas from getting a last-ditch attempt.

Phoenix–Charlotte: 128-97
As against the Jazz, the Hornets experienced their ugliness (6/25 to 3-pts), from the early moments. By shooting 6/23 in the first quarter, Charlotte put itself in a hole. To help him dive, Cam Johnson scored 16 points in seven minutes without missing a shot. The Suns already had a 21 point lead after twelve minutes.
After a while, the gap increased to 30 units. The Hornets finally responded, going on a 27-8 run to end the first period. As against Memphis, Chris Paul and his band are struggling to maintain their big lead, although, this time, there is no need to fear because Phoenix will take their hands in the game and quietly impose.
