Open Days 2023. Discounts and new things to discover
To start the year off to a good start, many manufacturers are organizing open days on the weekend of January 14 and 15. A traditional meeting that allows you to take advantage of sometimes interesting promotions, but also to discover certain new products such as Renault Austral or DS 3.

Many brands organize open days (JPO) at the beginning of January.

Open days in the automotive industry are somewhat equivalent to sales in the textile industry: a period that allows you to do good business. However, the duration is shorter. Although some, like Peugeot, extend it by a week, everything is usually concentrated in the same weekend of January 14 and 15. For the occasion, showrooms do not hesitate to open exceptionally on Sundays. Some will allow you to approach or test models who are just starting out in their careers. If you didn’t make it to the 2022 Paris World Cup, this can serve as a catch-up session. The argument shows the new products that await you, as well as the main discounts that are given at the national level. We’ve intentionally excluded promotions that are too local as well as most rental offers with an option to buy (LOA) or long term rental (LLD). For the latter, actual savings are often difficult to determine.
Alfa Romeo
The plug-in hybrid version of the Tonale compact SUV marks the beginning of Alfa Romeo’s electrification. Some concessions of the brand suggest that you can discover it this weekend, in addition to variants with light hybridization. A promotional offer is proposed that, but only in the form of long-term rental from €695/month.
Audi
Audi is organizing days called MyAudi until January 19. But as with premium competitors, the focus is on LOA/LLD. A month’s rent is offered in plug-in hybrid versions of the A3 Sportback.
BMW
BMW did not mention any specific national offer for this occasion. But some concessions can give you a good discount, by offering the additional value of the rechargeable hybrid in Series 3 or Series 5. This is particularly the case in Lille, for both models, or in Strasbourg , for a single family .

The chevron brand takes advantage of these open days to launch the C4 X and its electric version ë-C4 X. Half sedan, half crossover, this novelty is an extended variant of the compact with a trunk. Some offers are also offered on older models, although most are in the form of LOA or LLD. You can also add some recovery assistance on some models:
- €1,000 in ë-Berlingo
- €2,000 on C3
- €2,500 on the C3 Aircross
Dacia
In accordance with its practices, Dacia does not offer discounts. Only LOA/LLD offers that include 4 years of maintenance are on the menu. On the other hand, from January 12 to 16, you can try the whole “new range” of the brand. The arrival of the new logo is actually accompanied by some minor changes in all models, such as the 110 hp petrol engine for the Sandero Stepway.
DS
DS prefers LOA/LLD offers over conventional promotions. But this open house weekend is also an opportunity for the brand to celebrate the return of the DS 3 assignment, accompanied by the initials of the French “premium” label. However, forget the city car of the same name: it is simply a small DS 3 Crossback SUV that simplified its surname during its restyling, following the example of its older brother DS 7. This small facelift can be seen from 13 to 15 January.
fiat
Fiat is offering a “€7,000 bonus for everything” on the 500 electric! In fact, if your income is too high to benefit from the government’s maximum aid, which was launched in 2023, the brand adds a €2,000 discount the €5,000 granted to you by the State. The Italian manufacturer is also offering a €1,000 discount on the Panda Cross Hybrid. An old city car, but with tight prices and a certain practicality.

Kia
At Kia, the open days are paying attention to the second generation of the Niro. A compact SUV that presents a more assertive look than its predecessor, while remaining available in simple hybrid, plug-in hybrid and 100% electric. All promotions are presented based on LOA/LLD offers.
Nissan
The brand invites you to come and test drive its new generation X-Trail, a family SUV that can accommodate up to seven passengers. But it’s on its younger sibling the Qashqai that you can take advantage of €2,500 in addition to the trade-in cost. Even the recent version of E-Power, whose heat engine has the particularity of never driving the wheels, can benefit from this offer. If you don’t have time to go to the dealership during open days, be aware that this promotion remains valid until 31st January.
Vauxhall
Even after a few years of calm, Opel is still the champion in discounts. Rebates are now often seen in showing recovery assistance. Until €2,400 can be given for the purchase of a Corsa or a Mokka in addition to the value of your vehicle, even up to €2,600 for their electric versions. The prize goes to the rechargeable hybrid Grandland: up to €4,000. Even the new Astra benefits from a discount, which remains limited to €2,000.

Renault
For Renault, the arrival of Austral is important. This compact SUV should make you forget the semi-failure of the Kadjar, which cannot compete with the Peugeot 3008. You will get to know it better in these open days. The MPV version of the Kangoo E-Tech Electric is also arriving at dealerships. As a bonus, Losange offers promotions up to €1,000 off Clio, as well as LOA/LLD offers on most of its coverage, valid throughout the month of January.
chair
During the weekend of January 14 and 15, Seat emphasizes this non-binding rental offers. Especially for the recent Ibiza and Arona Copa special series, which promise very fast delivery. The Urban finish of both models is also worthy.
Toyota
At Toyota, there’s no big news to put in your mouth. On the other hand, the Japanese brand is not stingy promotions, valid until January 31 usually. Yaris can benefit from 1,500 € on gasoline and 2,000 € on hybrid. The reduction reaches €2,500 for the small Yaris Cross SUV, €3,500 for the Corolla and even up to €4,000 for the C-HR, which can add €1,000 to the trade-in aid.
