the Celtics confirmed and Nikola Jokic silenced the Warriors

He’s handsome, he’s hot, the summary of the night in the NBA! Scores, performances, information on matches, not to mention a good dose of highlights, perfect for starting the day in the best possible way.

The night’s results (with a little house statistics in order)

What to remember

  • The Pelicans got their second win in two games. Jonas Valanciunas played Wilt Chamberlain in the Hornets racket (like every pivot in fact), Brandon Ingram did in KD, Zion Williamson was him in a small day.
  • All-Star Game atmosphere between the Spurs and the Pacers. There were no All-Stars in the lot (at least not for the moment) but one game everyone fired up the defenses left in the closet. We especially remember Bennedict Mathurin’s great performance for Indiana.
  • The Bulls and DeMar DeRozan are close to a great return to Washington but Bradley Beal is tight at the right time to save his franchise on a nostalgia night (the Wizards are wearing their old jerseys from the 2000s with the logo on the floor ).
  • Ja Morant has been in a different world since his recovery. 49 points, 8 assists for the Grizzlies point guard against Houston, all in just… 31 minutes. #Great
  • The Nuggets have forgotten the slap they received in Utah with a win over the defending champion Warriors. Big MVP duel between Nikola Jokic and Steph Curry but in the end the Joker won.
  • The reunion with the Jazz did not end with a smile for Rudy Gobert. The wolves fell on the house in Utah. 9 points, 23 rebounds and 2 blocks for the pivot but two missed shots at the worst possible time. Disappointing…
  • Set at home for its first game, Brooklyn found its way to victory by taking on Toronto. Pascal Siakam was everywhere for the Raptors but Kyrie Irving came up big to grab the win.
  • Knicks-Pistons is the story of a match where the suspense will not survive half an hour. Nice little family blast. Thanks, next time!
  • Atlanta gets the job done at home against Orlando. Dejounte Murray still on top, Trae Young important but still no sign in sight. Great return to competition for Cole Anthony. Can’t wait to see it 100% now.
  • The Blazers beat the Suns in overtime in an unlikely endgame. Damian Lillard flashed his first torch of the year with 41 points, Anfernee Simons played Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the game-winner with an arm in the face of Mikal Bridges. Brave man!
  • The Celtics continue their strong start to the season. After the Sixers, the Jay Brothers laid down the law in South Beach against the Heat. A very serious victory for Joe Mazzulla’s men, and again against a direct competitor for the first places.

The top pick in the TTFL: Ja Morant
